Case Management Resources

Resources at the ready

We help individuals and families navigate life’s challenges by working collaboratively to reduce barriers, improve access to care, and connect people with supportive community services tailored to their unique needs. Our goal is to help individuals feel supported and empowered while navigating difficult transitions. Our Case Manager can help with a wide range of needs including information and referrals for challenges related to mental health, financial, housing, food, transportation, and issues of aging.

Support may include:

  • Housing, transportation, and financial assistance resources
  • Food support (onsite food pantry)
  • Mental health and medical referrals
  • Resources for older adults and caregivers

JFS administers allocations of Keren Ami funds held by the WNC Jewish Federation to Jewish households. We also have Ingles gift cards for groceries and gas, availability based on need.
